What we keep

Your name, email address and password (stored as a one-way hash); your startup or investor profile and the files you upload; your messages; and a log of profile views and data-room file opens, including the IP address of each file open.

Who sees it

Startup teasers are public. Full startup profiles, decks and data rooms are shown only to approved investors, and data rooms only to investors the founder approves. Investor profiles are shown to our team and to startups you ask for access or message. Founders see which of their files you opened. PayPal handles card and account details; we never see them.
